This is a nice find. Like most of the Peru coastal region it is very dry but it is a much better climate than Lima because it doesn't get the fog. Really great beaches nearby. It has also never gotten below 50F. Solid A climate for me.

D+ because it is far too dry. Summer temperatures are good but winters are too warm.

A or A- depending on sunshine levels. If it is under 2000 hours then A-, if over then solid A.

Too dry and warm all year round. Some plants would need a lot of sprinkling here.
