Just eyeballing it, looked to be about an 80%, which was close. Good winters, no seasonal lag, can get both hot and very cold. It's biggest disadvantage is that it has a lackluster summer (like all Dfb climates) and it's too dry year round. A very strong C grade, leaning toward a B.

Too cloudy and too cold in the winter. Summers are nice though.
By the isotherm used in Europe, wouldn't this climate be considered Oceanic rather than Humid Continental? Very surprised an Oceanic climate could be that far east.
