I haven't made a climate battle between cold climates yet, so I think it's time for one. Let's see how this turns out:

It's close for me, but I'm leaning toward Bergen because summer temperatures are about the same and I don't think Helsinki's summer sunshine is fully compensates for the much colder winters. Both climates get a D-.

Probably Bergen for being warmer and milder, but the lower sunshine in Bergen made it close for me.

Helsinki for being sunnier, btw neither are cold climates, quite chilly but not cold.
