Average high in Boise is 32,9c in July and 32,1c in August. This is very warm for elevation of 830 m and latitude 43*37'. Does somobody know why Boise has such warm summers?

It's not humid, it's a desert.

Križevci, due to the best summers. Winters are all bad anyway.

Križevci due to being warmer overall than Hanover and less arid than Boise.

Must all your climate posts involve Croatian cities?

Hannover is a very pleasant city but too cloudy late September to May. Boise is too cold for too long in winter with too many dreary days. Summers are hot dry and dusty. No good T'storms 99% of the time. I'll take Croatia. Many spells of fine weather there even in winter. Beautiful very green summers, too, with occasional thunderstorms and Adriatic beaches with nude Germans sunning themselves [yum]. Nice people in Croatia, too.
