Harbin is the largest Asian city above 45 N. Apparently it is quite livable.

Both F climates but at least there is some warmth in Harbin in the summer. Yuck yuck yuck choices.

Harbin, winters too cold but they have much better summers and sunshine. I like snow in cold winters, but 150cm+ per month is too much.
