As I said in the description; it is just a climate for fun's sake. And yeah on a technicality, early summer still have the lowest humidity of any season...even though it's still pretty humid

It's kind of an exaggeration of Hokkaido's winters, mix of Hokkaido's winter sunshine and sunshine for the rest of the country for the rest of the year and the south's summers with extra rain!
