Lots of rain in the forecast. Keep it coming I say. The clouds keep the sun and the 80s away, which is highly desirable

About to go over 3" for the month.

Last time with under 3" in a month was December 2017.

I agree on "keep it coming".. but come September it better stop

Really impressed with the 80's up in Montreal. Looks to be sunny and 80's all week in NYC next week. Sounds wonderful!

Even CT is getting in on the action: Hartford to be mid 80's by Tuesday. New Haven to be 82.

1.62" of rain recorded at the airport yesterday with an evening t-storm, and another 0.99" on Sunday. I only got 0.23" over the past 3 days.

Pretty hot and humid the next couple of days with highs in the mid 90's and lows in the mid 70's. There could be another storm complex tomorrow night that may have some chance of reaching central LA.

Despite the overcast, humid conditions, there hasn't been much rain. There was a very brief downpour last night that didn't even last 5 minutes. Maybe some tonight but it looks like best chances are south and west of here (Central and Southern NJ and west through the Ohio Valley).
Made up for that today with about an inch of rainfall.

If it's going to be this humid, it might as well rain.

It was ok today though still a bit below average. 78F at both ORD and IKK. MDW reached 79F. The western suburbs were a little warmer. Aurora and West Chicago reached 82 degrees.

Tomorrow 60s on the shore mid 70s inland with a chance of showers. Weekend looks warm and humid but I will be in Miami
