Delhi seems substantially worse than Houston imo if you want to avoid extreme heat and humidity, avgs are hotter during the entire year and the monsoon season looks more humid. Records are also higher in Delhi.

It's really close between Brisbane and Porto Alegre. The main difference is sunshine. Porto Alegre is a bit too cloudy but Brisbane is on the sunny side.

I think I'll give it to Porto Alegre because it has almost no tropical cyclones. Both are great climates although I prefer a bit further south, like Buenos Aires, which also has winter means over 10C. Most of the climates are decent actually. The only bad climate is Delhi. All the others are above average.
