The warmest fog I've seen was on an early July morning on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It was 78-80 degrees, and there was fog (albeit a very thick steam fog).

I'd say maybe 80 F / 27 C in a summer morning.

June 2014 in Philadelphia, it was early morning and was hot (probably 80f), humid and foggy.

High 70s one muggy night a few years ago just after sunset. It felt like the shower after the water turned off.

80 and fog is possible, but I can't remember being outside in it. I don't think anything above 80 and fog is possible here.

Fog during 80'sF or low 90's is pretty common here.

BTW:
The warmest temperature in which fog can form is just a hair below the warmest temperature in which liquid water can exist. At sea level that's 212° F or 100° C. All you need to do is saturate the air and then slightly reduce the temperature or pressure.

Reverse; coldest fog I've seen is probably upper 20s.
