Correct!

Another place with cold summers is Inukjuak in northern Quebec, which has cold summers followed by extremely cold winters. Very few people live in northern Quebec and for good reason. One of my favorite "terrible" climates.

Huh?
Göle has warm summers and is therefore too warm by a good margin to be a subalpine climate.

Samandöken, Göle is a village in the District of Göle - summers are hot and dry, winters are cold and rainy.

Gole is colder than Ardahan. Ardahan is warmer than Gole. Gole is the coldest place in the Ardahan province, it is colder than Ardahan. Gole is the coldest town in Turkey.

Is there another city that is more easily internationally accessible as Reykyavik in Iceland ?

Avg High : 55F (13C)
Avg Low : 46F (7C)

You can hop on any plane in any bigger city and land there.

Now, contrast that with the accessibility of say, Tuktoyaktuk, which you can get to by driving via the infamous Dempster Highway.

And South Georgia ? Good luck getting there...

..
Probably not. Reykyavik looks like the best best for cold and accessible.

However, Nome, Kotzebue and Barrow are just a jet flight away from Anchorage, AK.

It's not really cold though. All of southern coastal Alaska has cooler summers, and they're even a far cry from cold IMO.

But, some would certainly agree. It's fairly amusing for locals to see tourists disembarking cruise ships wearing parkas and gloves.

Globally, probably not, but I am a single flight from a colder summer.
