This is the opposite side for you imo, Meaning its an A+ imo because:

Great winters, nice summers, great snow, nice precipitation.

D+ tops in my book; way too cold as a whole but especially in winter, the existence of a season resembling summer is what saves this climate from getting an E or a Z

I can't find any geographic features that would cause a frost hollow nearby at all. I'm so confused.

D at best. I'd take it over a "sauna" type climate, but that's not saying a lot.
