Huge Cold Upper Low over the Pac NW producing snow now.
Note the snow moving "north". That's the Upper Low spinning as the ULL itself moves SouthEast. Pacific moisture being pulled in from California and Oregon
Strong words from NWS. Widespread damage could occur.
