Siberia doesn’t have cold summers except near the arctic coast which comprises maybe 5% of its land area. In fact many Siberian cities have warmer summers than Seattle (my point being that your joke doesn’t work at all).
Polar and subpolar climates
Some oceanic climates (Glasgow, Wellington, etc.)
Coastal mediterranean climates and deserts (San Francisco, Valparaiso, Walvis Bay, etc.)
Very high altitudes (La Paz/El Alto, Bogota, Quito, etc.)
Sa Pa, Vietnam
75° summer high = very rare for Vietnam
24 for non-Americans, which sounds very cold to me.
I get to 41/107 so... this is sorta heaven.
Theres gonna be thunderstorms literally now in the desert so please come outside if you are in the area.
Less and less of those places to find around. Did you notice the temps in Norway or Alaska this Summer???
I guess, for a little while Iceland, Greenland, North Canada, Mongolia, or go to Hell ... in Norway.
I am at the Baltic coast (Gdansk Bay) this year since May and we had just a handful days when the temps went around 85F, but didn't reach the 90F mark. Very pleasant with the cooler sea breeze.
My place to stay in future Summers...
Seattle is not cold in summer...mild perhaps but definitely not cold
