A bit too cool, especially during the summer for my preferences, so a C or so, perhaps a C- due to poor sunshine. I'd prefer something like

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuzla instead, although i still would like more sun.

Only bad thing about this climate is low sunshine hours, everything else is very good.

The sunny hours are low for southeastern Europe even though it changes a lot tens of kilometers off the Mediterranean coast.

I have to give D-. Winters too cold during the day, too dreary and not mild enough to support hardy palm seedlings.

solid D because it's too cool year-round and much too cold in winter. Also it's too cloudy and it probably gets too much snow.
