Right now, nice and hot.

Lately for the past month or so Puerto Vallarta has had daytime forecasts at 34-36 C (93-97 F) with a solid sun icon, so probably nearly cloudless skies.

It's right on the Pacific, so even if you get hot, it's probably very easy to find a place to swim to cool off a little.
