Wow.....temperatures range from 52 F to 76 F is a span of five days? Far too much variation. I need it to be a constant 77.83798738686289869126636827 F so my anus palm tree can mature completely.

Every 2-3 years probably. 14c happens most February's though. A couple of days 4-5c above average can't make up for every day from 27th Feb being below normal, so that forecast works out to average (9.6c for that forecast, about what would be expected).
