Because forecasts for Pompano are usually the most accurate for here. (Of course during a cold snap lows will be 1-2F warmer here)

Looks good for the next several days: hopefully we get some thunderstorms along with the showers. Today was really weird with a temperature drop from 82F to 67F from 1PM to 3PM while it was still sunny as the breezes kicked in.

Our nighttime lows are warmer than yours so our daily averages are higher. A cut-off low pressure system is going to be sitting right off the L.A coastline and throwing convective showers at us.
