DAMAGING WINDS TO THE COAST AND NORTH INTERIOR. THE DEEPER LOW THAT

SOUTH FLOW ALOFT INTERACTS WITH THE OLYMPICS. EXPECT SOUTHEAST
WINDS IN THE NORTH INTERIOR TO RISE TO 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
