SURFACE WINDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT THROUGH MON MORNING AS STRONG
SOUTH FLOW ALOFT INTERACTS WITH THE OLYMPICS. EXPECT SOUTHEAST
WINDS IN THE NORTH INTERIOR TO RISE TO 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
60 MPH LATER TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.
