A warm up predicted for next week, but still not much sun. Oddly for such a wet month the thunder on Thursday would be the first I can remember all month:
Oh god, that La Luc forecast looks terrible, not necessarily because of the temperatures but because there's no rain or thunderstorms.. I prefer the Paris forecast.

It's almost as boring as endless rain and drizzle and cloud except with the one fact loads a people can actually go out and enjoy it. At least one's BBQ (or the olympic flame ) wouldn't be getting extinguished. That said I would prefer such a forecast to include lots of storms and heavy downpours. Florida for the win..
Basically the world's perfect climate to please everybody at at least a certain part of the year is a place with Florida's summer and Siberia's winters.
Siberia winters are too cold for me actually - too dry too.
As I've said before, I can easily tolerate a Florida summer due to the thunderstorms.
Well, substitute Siberia with somewhere that gets cold and also very snowy winters then. There probably aren't many places on the earth that get Florida summers and very very snowy cold winters but even I wouldn't object to living there due to the interesting weather variation.
