Those tops will have to be mighty high with those temps!!!
High by your standards but not here.
The closest peaks are about 1800m and snow might get down to about 1400m.
They are no easy rules for temps while snowing here. If it was snowing to 300m here (2 or 3 times a winter) The daytime temp could be anywhere from 2C-15C

Well i've had snow falling since about october/november to a few days ago and so i've had plenty of time to see what the parameters are for working out the snowline.
If it is 20c the snow will not be falling lower than 5000feet.
The 0c line will be 11000 feet so 10000 feet is the absolute lowest that it will fall.
70 ON MONDAY?!?!?! I live in North Jersey and here it's only supposed to be 54 F tomorrow! It's pretty interesting to have such a big difference in temperatures between North and South Jersey.
Once again, I remain optimistic about 7c being reached. They predicted 7c for today and yesterday and I did not exceed 4c on both days. Infact they even dropped the forecast to 5c.

How about 300m/900ft? - since that is the height I gave and also the height near your house.
If it's snowing to 300m, what is the likely temp at your place?
The temp is forecast for 17C, so snow below 5000ft is a real possibility.
There has been snow twice this year below 5000ft and the temp on both days reached low to mid 20s C
You think it will snow at 300m with +3c uppers! Hell no!
For snow on Thursday at about 5 thousand feet you'd need about -2c uppers to be safe.
Now for snow at 300m here I think it'll be about 4c down here.
I think you misunderstand. I'm saying when it snows to 300m here (2 or 3 times a winter) the temp can be anywhere from 2-15C. Conditions can be varied, depending on the weather system.
A showery SW change and a 17C high is a good indicator of snow at about 5000ft, for here. I'll try to get a photo if there is any.
Staying cold, but look at that sun! That 8C for today was probably a typo, in reality it was 3.5C. Let's see if we can reach 30 days without precipitation. Looks a bit that way. The last day with more than 1mm was on March 5, last trace on March 11.
