We should see around 8 days above 20C in May. If that forecast is correct we would have seen a total of 0 such days by 20th May.

I'll bet that your average high will still be close to the average which 17.8C at Heathrow according to weatheronline.

We are currently experiencing the 24th coolest Spring to day in 123 years, and coolest since 1996. It's about time to see an above average month

At least the next few days look promising, with even a 30C possible on Thursday

I bet we won't see 20C until June. Some stations in this area last reached 20C in late September.

Huge range in temps tomorrow, 21-31C, then widespread warmth on Thursday 28-30C with some storms. Cooler Friday 22-24C with storms around.

Chicago seems to be getting the heat a lot quicker than we are. Our highest so far was 82F on April 13th.

Our forecast has a couple 81F degree days, but nothing that warm. At least the thunderstorms are starting back up again. Had 1 thunderstorm in March, 2 in April, and already have had 2 in May.
