There are no clear signals for any dominating weather type as we go into June, however, we expect a fairly even ratio of unsettled periods, cloudy conditions and widespread frontal rainfall. Temperatures will be will be likely to remain below average according ot current signals. Moving further on, there is the chance of a few chance sunny spells, with the likelihood of the odd shower or perhaps band of rain, with more unsettled, wet and windy weather, although it could be dry and sunny, depending on where you live.
9PM forecast update for ORD... Looks like tropical humidity will build into the Midwest from the Gulf Coast the next couple of days and we may be dodging some scattered storms, cooling and drying off mid week, with another round of tropical weather next weekend. Looks like we are going to see "this" kind of summer, the muggy type with cool dry Canadian highs in between. Doesn't look like a drought summer from this vantage point.
