Does anyone know of a US city whose yearly temperatures range from 50 to 80 degrees?

Pretty much all coastal California. Coastal Northern CA will be 50's and 60's year round with 70's on the warmest days. Coastal Southern CA will be mostly 60's and 70's year round with 80's on the warmest days. At night low's along the coast get into the 40's at the coldest. Where I live in San Diego the coldest average low is in Dec at 49 and the warmest average high is in August at 78.

There's only ONE place in the country where the temperatures range from 50-80: coastal california between SD and Monterey. The only city I'm aware of who's monthly highs and lows remain within this range is Malibu, CA. If anyone else knows another I'd be very interested and very surprised.
