The difference in temperature and weather conditions between Northern New Jersey and New York City can be quite extreme, especially during autumn and winter.

Although September and October weather can be deceiving. It could be freezing in the morning, yet by the afternoon it could be 76°.

Seems like much of Florida doesn't have very impressive record low temperatures during the summer.
