cold Physical ? Been in -55F actual and -120F windchill a couple of times and didn't get sick so I really don't know.
(Notice I didn't say I LIKED being that cold )

Your cold physical is actually a lot warmer than your cold mental.

I guess because of where I live and my nerve disorder,
I naturally think I'm probably physically cold if I don't already feel warm.

Hot mental, About 40C or 104F
Cold mental:
About -7C or 20F when damp
About -26C or -15F when dry

Hot physical:
38C or 100F Hudson Valley or Mid South
40.5C or 105F Willamette Valley or Eastern Washington
46C or 115 Death Valley or Sonoran Desert.
Cold physical:
-35C or -30F when dry and a flat calm
3C or 38F when a mean southwester blows salt spray in my face.

Hot physical: 45°C in dry conditions, 35°C in muggy oppressive conditions

Cold mental: unlimited
Cold physical: -40°C in dry air, with icy wind and blowing snow then about -25°C is my physical limit.
