I'd rather have global cooling, I like the cold weather.

I'd definitely rather have global warming. I like the hot weather. Better yet, I wish it would just even out and give us all 80 degree temps every day.

one could be forgiven for believing that we are experiencing global cooling.

I'd rather have global warming.

I'm like our friend ColdCanadian, I love warm/hot weather because in my youth, living in a cold country, I traceled for vacations in warm countries and suddenly I had the impression I saw real sun , real colors, stronger odors, in short, I was out of a black-and -white world into a Kodachrome world! besides in my family, they were old chool, and were of the opinion "cold is good for the young, it obliges them to move, practise sports to get warm , warmth encourages laziness and concupiscent toughts".
So I learned to swim in 50° Atlantic waters, and I hated it.
So Global Warming is good news for me.

Global warming, it makes Seattle less cloudy (pushes the jet stream away from us) and our winters warmer.

Apparently in the winter of 1949-50 it got down to 0 degrees, and there were 20 inches of snow. Yuck.

That is true...

A warmer Earth is better for growing food, making babies, etc...A colder Earth is better for skiing and ice fishing and making babies!

Of course I want global warming!
Even our summers in Canada are at least 10 Fahrenheit TOO COOL!

Ex: Toronto's hottest summer on record was nice, my ideal for a coolest summer on record.

If we had a major global cooling...

I'd have to do something radical,
either end my life
quit my job and find something I can do that's only working with heat (furnaces? ovens? fire?)

or run away from Canada, as fast as I can
and probably end up in a Third World country, living a scary life;
always afraid someone might kill me to take my pocket change.
