Moderately warm and dry during the day with some clouds overhead and thunder storms to cool down the nights.

I like warm without the humidity, not hot, and love to have the cool nights!

Yes, for my ideal summer weather

you do not need to wear anything
you do not need to do anything,
to not feel uncomfortably chilly.

However it is acceptable if some shorts and a t-shirt are all that's need to take "some of the edge off," if it's coolish in the morning or evening.

I like it when mine sweat a bit,
(an interesting experience; odd and funny feeling, but not uncomfortable for "them")
however that only happens maybe 10 days a year here

Even in coastal SC in August, it's not hot enough for "them" to be sweaty roughly half of the 100 or so days I've been there.

Only warm while walking at a normal gait?
Sounds like you'd like Toronto, or at least better than I do.

If you want to through excersize into the equation:

- I'd prefer it to at least feel "warmish" when doing nothing
- "Very-warm" after 10 minutes of continuous walking
- "Hot" after a minute of continuous running or 5 minutes of intermittent sprinting (ie. playing football, soccer etc.)

Warm enough to swim, but cooler evenings. Low humidity.

My ideal summer weather is hot with little humidity....think Phoenix or Vegas or Albuquerque. The nights cool to a comfortable level and the air isn't stagnant, so I can actually see the stars. That never happens around here though, but that's what spring's for, right?

Crisp mornings nearly every single day along with warm afternoons, and rain every four days.

Has to be cool enough at night so I can sleep with a sheet and a blanket, preferably 60° F!
