A place that doesn't see snow, but has skiing nearby. Plenty of frosty mornings, that give way to frequent t-shirt afternoons. Frequent heavy warm rain with winter as the main thunder season, but still a decent amount of sun. Fresh oranges in winter are a given, and winter actually has more species of fruit on the trees, than summer.

Just like where I live.

Cloudy, windy and snowy with periods of sunny and frigid weather thrown in. Pretty much what it's like here now.

Mostly cloudy with very cold weather and heavy snow. Thaws do not happen every winter.

Snowing with big flakes falling, sitting by the fire, with a big mug of hot chocolate,
looking outside.

Warm and sunny by day and a trifle cool at night every now and again but not cold enough for frosts. Days are sunny, mild/warm and the weather is dry and not humid. No wind.

Weather varying between cold and snowy and cool and sunny. Half of winter precipitation as snow. Snow usually sticking around several days before melting.

Moderately cold and snowy but also mixed with sunny crisp days in between.
No or only very few thaws between December and February.
