Without using degrees, describe your ideal winter weather

Winter is the time to get a fix of excitement and variance in my dream climate. Sometimes it can be warm and balmy ahead of a front, then other days are chilly and brisk with drier air. Typical days would fall into a "pleasantly cool" category. More sun than clouds, though not quite as much as spring.

Snow free with maybe one light AM frost for the entire winter. Most days are sunny and cool in the morning and mildly warm in the afternoon. About two days a week will have an overcast period of about 6-12 hours that bring steady moderate rain, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms. Sweatshirt weather is dominant with some tee shirt weather on the warmer afternoons and some light jacket or raincoat weather at times. Maybe a swim day or two towards the end of winter.
