It's been over 3 weeks since the last rainfall here. And that was only a small shower amounting to only 1.8mm in the guage.

Lol lucky for you. Last Saturday we had 5mm in 8 minutes and 19mm in 30 mins during a big thunderstorm which left some places flooded, including my room.
