I couldn't care less; they can wear a snowsuit at 95 F if they feel cold or wear shorts and a tee at 0 F if they feel hot. How does it affect the OP anyway? Each to their own.

I neved do it, but if they're feeling cold, then why shouldn't they? We should always dress comfortable.

This. I've never seen someone wearing a snowsuit at 95°F, but was surprised to meet someone wearing a scarf on a 90°F+ day last fall. But well that's it, what other people wear is none of my business, as long as they don't get a heatstroke in front of me.

Exactly! I don't like people that care too much about what other people wear. It's not just seasonal clothing, it's something like... even the brands, the colours, everything! I hate it! Some people just need to do their businesses.

I never say anything about what a people wear, but of course if I see a person in t-shirt and shorts in 0 °F (-17.8 °C) weather or a person in winter clothing (e.g. scarf, gloves, parka, bavaclava, winter hat and so on) in 90 °F (+32.2 °C)... well, I think that's just stretching the human abilities, and that person can hardly be comfortable (because that's person is a human, of course, and we have biological limits... I guess) and I wonder how that person still hasn't gotten frostbite/heatstroke.

However, I never care about what's a person's wearing. I couldn't care less. It's their choice. No one is forcing them to wear what they're wearing

For me:

A 60 F high in mid July is record breaking cold here. That's 27 F below our average high and most likely sweatshirt weather.

60 F in December is Jeans and T shirt weather.

I dont wear shorts till highs touch 70 F .

For others:

If someone else is wearing them, then its none of my business.
