I will take the heat any day of the week. Especially when it's below zero all day and night like this past week. We had a few areas 40 below zero. When the temp hits twenty it feel like a heat wave with that 60 degree difference.

Hurts to move and breath.

I don't understand how people can feel like a "cooked pig" or they could "burst into flames" if it's only in the 90's F.
I can work while wearing long sleeves, layers, hard hat, work boots, work gloves @ 94 F & heat index @ 105 F without feeling too dizzy.
(uncomfortable yes, but that amount of heat and clothing is still managable)

*I'm not saying I don't believe you, but it's just hard for me to imagine.

^^

I was being facetious! But sometime when you run 4-5 miles in temps of 95+ and heat index of 110+ you start feeling like you are cooking and running at the same time.

After running 4-5 miles, the heat wouldn't be cooking you; you would be cooking yourself!

Heavy excersize makes a DRAMATIC difference to how warm I feel.
Ex: I believe I would feel hotter at 70 F after 20 minutes of continuous running than 20 minutes of light walking at 95 F.

Too Cold...........I can name every bone in my body and they ache
I need my robe on over my clothes in the house or I am too cold. I hate being
cold....slippers...sweaters, fleece and yummy sherpa.....are my friends.
I dream about sunshine and warm waters......

Too Hot............ The bones feel good. I can't tell you about them at this point.
Out and about, running around, walking, shopping....popping into AC on occasion
Hanging out in the ocean or the pool......that feels good and perfect......

So.......you can tell I picked too hot.......yes, I did...

I guess to cold. I can legally add clothes.. It can get illegal in a hurry taking them off though...Not much of a chance of getting to cold for me in FL...I'm still undecided...
