Pretty much! . The exercise I do in summer is inside a Gym playing basketball or working out!

I usually dont have to worry about exercising outside it doesnt get that hot here often. usually stays in high 60's low 70's. When Winter comes I am outside all the time!!!

Depending on how hot I was, 10 minutes might be too long I can handle the wind noise, but not the heat.

Isn't it funny how I'm practically hard-wired to be obsessed with 85+ F weather,
while others find 85+ F quite the ordeal?

For me, 85 F is never hot; it's just warm enough to have zero "chill," zero "coolness."

I like it because if I do nothing, I do not cool down
If I excersize, I get very warm.
Heavy excerisize might make me briefly hot, then when I stop,
it's back to just feeling warm, within minutes of slowing down.
