If I understand your question right.
The Indoor Temp is the Temp inside your house or Apt.
The Outdoor Temp is the Temp outside of your house or Apt.
The Average Normal Indoor Temp is about 68 ° to 70 °
The Average Outdoor Temp depends on where you live.
Here in Jackson, Tn. The Average Normal Lo for August 12 th is 68 °
Normal Hi is 91 °

Maybe I should say that the Average Comfortable Indoor Temp for most people is 68 ° to 75 °
