Sacramento, CA: I don't know exactly how much rain we've gotten so far, but it's not enough. This is our 3rd year in a major drought, everything is dry. Farmers in Central CA are suffering, which I'm sure will result the cost of produce skyrocketing. Our lakes are more like big mud puddles right now.
