If there is a nuclear blast, (anywhere on the earth) does it cause wind around the world?

What about fallout? It has a small radius? What about air? If there are air currents isn't the air from one side of the world destined to become air on the other side of the world or does the earth get it's fresh air from some fresh air source? How old is our air?

If there is a nuclear blast somewhere on the planet then you're saying it's radius is within the blast?
