Here in Ohio we have had off and on rain since before Christmas. Spring weather temperatures. Last year mid November we started with ice and an snow and didn't see ground for weeks. Horrible! Feel bad for much of the country as so many have been hit with losses due to the weather this year and doesn't look like it will get better as time soon.
4.49 Inches as of today... no rain in site before end of year so that'll likely stand as the yearly total.
