Hi all

Just wanted to pass on our weather in the north country.... blizzard going on today started about 9 am Tuesday and will end by 6 am Wednesday Fargo area hardest hit with 10 inches of new snow blown about by 45 mph winds and actual air temperatures of 5 below zero and wind chills of 30 below zero (F). Travel has been suspended and Interstates 94 and 29 closed tonight thru dawn Wednesday.

Ya know, I have to say that I do miss a good snow storm. Moved from Northern MI to AK this past Sept., though our temps have been about the same, not near as much snow or wind. We had our bit of cold in Jan., 2 weeks of around -30*F (that's without windchill), but that's about it.

Dan, I was feeling sorry for myself cause it was SO cold here and we actually had blizzard conditions, too. It wasn't because we got very much snow, but we started out with freezing rain and then the snow. Even when the snow stopped, it was blowing so hard you couldn't tell that it wasn't snowing anymore.

It looks like you guys got a bit colder then we did, but not by too much. But you definitely got more snow then we did. I know you don't mind winters up there, but I hate them more every year.
