Hi everyone!! I hope everyone had a nicer day then I did and that your looking forward to the weekend.
It's 73 degrees with 10 mph winds and 57% humidity and a dewpoint of 56.
It was 68 yesterday/avg. 87/record 108 in 1935.
Our low was 52/avg. 62/record 34 in 1899.
Yea, that's really how below average we have been. Someone told me today that the heatwave from the PNW was heading this way, but there isn't a single day in our 10 day forecast that even hits our avg. temps so I dunno.....
It is 36C/98F outside of my place in Mission, British Columbia right now and a "cool" 30C/86F in my house. The Fraser Valley is warmer than Kelowna or Kamloops right now, that is insane. I'm not going to complain though because at least half of the year is cold, raining, grey, etc. That said, it is has been neat seeing the thunderstorms in the mountains (last night was pretty sweet), and walking around at 1am when it is 24C/76F is awesome too. I'm just glad the humidity is down slightly (ie. Tuesday it was 98F/36C and 68% at my place, today same temperature with the humidity hovering around 50%).
