Be safe! I guess anytime I hear the "weird calm" thing, It makes me think of tornadoes.
Y'all wanna know what's really weird? (Yeah, besides me, LOL) Since we have moved - new state, new city - we have had thunder/lightening storms, tornadoes all around my county for at least half the time we have been here. Gosh, I hope this is atypical - dang, thought I left all that mess back in GA! LOL WELL......Having lived in one city and state for soooo long, I KNEW where the bad places were when the news broke into the "regularly scheduled programming". NOW, I have no clue! LOL they "break" in and tell us to seek shelter from the tornado if you are in "such and such" area. LOL There are so many tiny little towns they are talking about, I have no clue where they mean. Just watching the news tonight - the folks telling about the tornado and seeing the damage - one county over. BUT I live very close to the edge of that county. DH actually called me to tell me that he and a co-worker had checked it out on the computer today to make sure I didn't need to "see shelter". Hmmmm.........seems like I might need to be doing some research?

Well we got plastered with thunderstorms where I am last night. Everyone I spoke to about it says they too were woken at 3am. The lightening was right over our house and didn't let up for over an hour. I don't mind lightening, but that was crazy.
Tonight: 65 and drizzle. Tomorrow: 86! and 30% chance of rain, so we may be having so uncomfortable humidity soon. Oh well, we knew it couldn't last.
