Wish I was there.
88 F with a dewpoint of 71 F sounds like one of the "higher heat" days in a Jamaican winter.
Plus with 13 mph winds, gusts at 21 mph, it'd be too cool/breezy to sweat without heavy-excersize.
*I usually like 94 F as an actual temp,
so if that's the heat index, it'd probably feel flawless to me.
I hope we get at least one day this year that warm...
