Fair
We hit 69 and our avg. is 59. The record high was 92 in 1964 so it's not exceptional, BUT it was very welcome. We're supposed to cool down after today (Nothing horrible) AND next week we're supposed to be in the 70s. Life doesn't get much better then that.
