UGH, it's been kinda wintry again. It's 20 with a windchill of 7 right now.
We're well below our avg. high. Yesterday we hit 32/avg. 48/record 76 in 1905. Our low has been about avg. Yesterday the low was 23/avg. 27/record minus 3 in 1996.
