It's a beautiful 77 degrees. The humidity and dewpoint have been dropping since early this morning. Right now humidity is 74% and dewpoint is 67. At 5 am, I woke up to ANOTHER thunderstorm. All is well though cause I like them. I had opened the windows at midnight so I could tell it was kinda muggy out there. I checked and it was 72 degrees and the humidity was 94% and the dewoint was 70. Glad it rained cause it improved the "feels like" temp.
Yesterday we hit 90. Avg. is 83 and the record was 110 in 1937.
Our low was 69/avg. 59/record 43 in 1942.
It looks like several areas may hit record highs the next couple of days.
Rest of Today...Partly sunny with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds and heavy rainfall. Highs around 90. West winds 5 to 10 mph becoming south southeast later in the afternoon. Chance of rain 50 percent.
Tonight...Partly cloudy. Scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening...then isolated showers and thunderstorms. Lows 74 to 78. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph becoming south. Chance of rain 30 percent.
