Perth looks like the odd one out in this comparison, the other cities are much cloudier and with more drizzly/rainy days, and Vancouver is a lot colder in winter than the others. While I find all these climates tolerable and mostly comfortable, they'd be better with warmer summers (besides Perth) and cooler winters imo.
I vote Vancover for the occasional snow and how silly people act! Plus south wind events!
