I'm planning an outside wedding for Marc 13, 2010, and I was wondering if anybody had the Almanac to look at the weather conditions for that day??

I don't believe it's out yet, is it? It seems like it comes out in the autumn.

I wouldn't place too much faith into it anyway. If anyone tells you that they can predict weather for a particular day months in advance, I'd be very suspicious.
(Sometimes you can establish certain very general trends based on El Nino conditions, but even then they are usually very weak predictions. For example they could say that next Jan, Feb, March could be wetter than usual but that does not mean it can't be sunny on that particular day).

If it is near where I live,
I'd expect a high of 30 F (-1 C), low of 22 F (-6 C) under mostly cloudy skies a 10 mph wind, gusts at 15 mph and a P.O.P. of 20-40%. ( )
*I'm going to go out on a limb and ask what nice, warm and lovely location do you plan to have your wedding?

check the farmer's almanac website. strangely enough i was just there today.
Long-Range Weather Forecasts and Predictions - The Old Farmer's Almanac
you could average the temps for the previous 5 years and figure what the temps will be on your chosen date in 2010.

I lived in San Antonio for 9 years. March isn't terribly warm (I recall my son's birthday on the 6th with him in long sleeves) but neither is it freezing cold. Usually. Technically not Spring yet on the 13th, but you won't really know until it gets closer to that date.
