Halloween makes me smile! My neighbor and I rode through Point Beach State Forest today and it is packed for their Halloween Bash!
To me, cold for tent camping but there were tents as well as camper units! I can't believe all the great decorations very involved! I think they give prizes for the best decorated campsite. The kids will have a blast going from site to site trick or treating.
The Friends of Point Beach group were setting up booths, coffee, apple cider, other stuff, looks like it will be great fun in spite of the 30's predicted for tonight!
I'm happy that everyone on this thread is having so many good things happen in their lives.

ILNC, I can tell that you're still in NC. Our friend is Houston said it's nice enough there to open the windows at night, but didn't mention snow so I know you're still vacationing. Will you get to stay another week?
Life is ok today. We've had a nice family day and just trying to get relaxed and feeling better after our sad week.
It's the weekend and we're going to have dinner soon and watch tv so life is pretty good.
Happy it's supposed to get down to 54 tommorow night
and a nice and chilly 30 degrees where I used to live ....nice
Finally some nice and cool weather here....won't last though....back to the upper 80s by the end of next week
