I'm happy to drop DD off to train station.

She's 18 (barely) & going into NYC by herself & then getting NJ Transit to go to Rutgers to see a friend.

It's a learning experience for her (& me)~a good thing!

That's far, I just got the "change at Jamaica" thing figured out a few weeks ago. It's good that she's learning at a young age, she'll be fine .

Happy Birthday to Smurf's grandbaby!!! Sorry it's not quite appropriate, but I couldn't find a birth congratulations. Seriously though, aren't grandchildren just the most precious little things?

I'm happy I survived this week. DH got quite ill yesterday. After spending 5 hrs. in the ER, I was just happy to leave there. He did get good care and he's doing much better. It does look like this is going to be a beastly season for illnesses.

Huck, I totally understand. I guess we end up surviving some pretty rough days, don't we?

It's Saturday!!! I have most of my weekend work done and it's nearly time to just kick back and relax.

Have a great Sat., everyone.

A sunset tonight, haven't seen one for awhile! Sunny day today, checked out garage sales instead of going to Algoma, winery is a good winter thing to do. Garage sales will be ending pretty soon!

A town in the countryside had several, a nice ride, can't believe how fast the trees are changing.

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! Gue, my mom was very nervous when a friend and I took the train into Chicago the first time! I'm sure she'll be fine (and you, too)!
