Weather wise: happy that some bright red (maple) and yellow (oak) leafed trees are still beautifying the landscape, though many trees have lost most of their leaves.

Also: happy I had lunch at one of my favorite restaurants: fried catfish, mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes. Excellent as always.

Talking Happy Happy Happy.........

Happy that it is the holiday time of the year. Love November, December and January. Love the fact we are having a rainy colder autumn season. (We really needed the rain after having an extreme drought year or two). Really do hope we have a cold winter and not the usual two weeks of winter we usually have here in Central/South Texas. Happy Happy Happy..........

Allow me to echo kittykat13 in that I am happy happy too for the rain we are getting here at my folk's house...supposed to rain all night and most of Friday and they surely do need it!

I'm happy that my sister and her husband are at my parent's also because this is the first time we ALL have been together as a family during the holidays in a very long time. This will hopefully be a very good week leading up to Thanksgiving!

I'm happy for all the new friends I've made on here...I wish you all a great weekend and an even better week...

AND....Happy to see my ol' friend, Northwoods Voyager...Happy Thanksgiving to you too, B.....
