Depends what time of year. In the winter, weather in the 60s would be good. But after all the days in the 60s we've had this June, I've realized I do not want 60s in the summer.

I like severe thunderstorms too as long as there isn't a tornado, I think they are kinda exciting.

In winter....I love -10F and blowing snow (why I live where I do)
In summer.....65 and partly cloudy during the day and 40-45 at night

After a month of rain on the east coast, it is perfect out today in PA... sunny, low 80s, moderate humidity. Would love to find a place that the weather is like this all the time.

Summer: 70s with broken clouds and 50s at night.
Winter: Highs in the 20s or colder with lows in the teens.
Precip:
Summer: There has to be some days with thunderstorms.
Winter: Snow has to be on the ground most of the time.
